- Hosting: AWS EC2 (US East — Ohio, us-east-2)
- Database: PostgreSQL on AWS RDS with encryption at rest
- File Storage: AWS S3 with server-side encryption (SSE-S3)
- Access Control: Row-Level Security (RLS) ensures tenant data isolation
- Transport: All data transmitted via TLS 1.2+ (HTTPS)
Tenant Data Isolation: Each customer's data is logically separated using PostgreSQL Row-Level Security policies. No customer can access another customer's data, and developer access to production data is restricted.

4. Cookies & Authentication 쿠키 및 인증
We use JSON Web Tokens (JWT) stored in browser localStorage for session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

Your data is retained for the duration of your active subscription. Upon account termination:
- You may request a full data export before deletion
- Data is permanently deleted within 30 days of confirmed termination
- Backups containing your data are purged within 90 days

Gonsius Pro is designed for business use. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 16.
