1. Service Description  서비스 설명

Gonsius Pro is a cloud-based construction Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform that provides:

• Purchase order management and approval workflows
• Inventory tracking and warehouse management
• Project cost tracking and job costing
• Crew scheduling and field operations
• Jobsite photo and document management
• Reporting and analytics

2. Account Registration  계정 등록

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account

정확한 정보를 제공해야 하며, 계정 보안에 대한 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다.

3. Service Plans  서비스 요금제

Free Plan

• Available for qualifying construction businesses
• Includes core ERP features with usage limits
• Subject to fair use policy

Paid Plans

• Additional features, higher limits, and priority support
• Billed monthly or annually via Stripe
• Prices are listed on our website and may change with 30 days' notice
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

4. Acceptable Use  허용되는 사용

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the service
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the service

불법적 목적, 무단 접근, 악성 파일 업로드, 리버스 엔지니어링 등은 금지됩니다.

5. Data Ownership  데이터 소유권

• You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for providing the service
• We will not access your data except as necessary for technical support (with your consent) or legal compliance
• You may export your data at any time in standard formats (CSV, JSON)
• Upon account termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy

6. Tenant Data Isolation  테넌트 데이터 격리

Each customer's data is logically isolated using PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS). No customer can access another customer's data through the application. Developer access to production data is restricted and audited.

각 고객의 데이터는 PostgreSQL RLS로 논리적으로 격리됩니다. 개발자의 운영 데이터 접근도 제한 및 감사됩니다.

7. Service Availability  서비스 가용성

• We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime
• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible
• We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control (AWS outages, network issues, force majeure)

8. Intellectual Property  지적재산권

The Gonsius Pro platform, including its design, code, logos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of ITS Construction LLC. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the service as intended.

9. Limitation of Liability  책임 제한

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification  면책

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ITS Construction LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination  해지

• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately
• Data retention and deletion follows our Privacy Policy

12. Governing Law  준거법

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Richmond, Virginia.

본 약관은 미국 버지니아주 법률에 따라 해석되며, 분쟁은 버지니아주 리치몬드 법원에서 해결됩니다.

13. Changes to Terms  약관 변경

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
